Wow, that's every citizen's nightmare. Remind me never to ask a Baltimore cop for directions. On second thought, remind me never to go to Baltimore!
ReplyDeleteI know. When you can't count on a cop, who can you count on? With this sort of publicity, Baltimore will have a hard time attracting tourists.
